Todd's Creative Design LLC was founded, October 2006, as an experiment in order to demonstrate how to take an new idea from concept to reality. As inventor and management analyst, the new business plan was developed over time and included several research and rewrite iterations. The company implemented the business plan.

Kenneth Shelton is a graduate of the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE); Rader School of Business (RSOB); Milwaukee, WI. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management, with Concentraion in Business Administration. He is Microsoft Certified Professional as well as Operations Management Professional; APICS CPIM. He has over thirty years experience with fifteen years in manufacturing and fifteen years information technology experience in enterprise, supply chain and distribution systems. He is an experienced Business Analyst, Applications Analyst, and Project Manager who deploys business processes by supervising organizations, motivating teams, and establishing client relationships.

• Analyzed as staff augmentation, through RAVEEN Recruiting Solutions of Ohio, in order to troubleshoot their PeopleSoft implementation.
• Managed two business unit projects related to business process re-engineering, fact-finding, conducted affinity process interviews, developed various related technical diagrams, and wrote process documents in use-case or play-script style, and wrote end-user manuals as necessary.

• Implemented various Vantive and PeopleSoft modules using visual object studio based visual basic object oriented tools.

• Worked in C programming and development process, by editing source code statements, using C compiler and object linker to combine program statements with predefined routines to convert object files to executable programs that will run on specific hardware and operating system configurations.
